• Bonus 500MB can be used during 2am till 12pm only, validity of bonus is 7 Days from Activation Date and Regular Internet Balance Validity is 28 Days
• To check remaining bonus volume dial *566*33# and to check regular Internet volume dial *567#
• After volume expiration of both regular and bonus volume customers will be charged at Tk .01/10KB till expiry date up to 200MB 
• Unlimited and Smart Plan users will not be able to opt in to this campaign until they deactivate their packages
• If an existing Internet customer avails this offer, the bonus volume will not be added to the existing pack volume. However if the customer avails the offer multiple times the bonus volume will be added to previous bonus volume and will be valid till the bonus expiry date from the last purchase date
• Maximum Internet speed will be 1 Mbps for free Internet. Average likely speed will depend on multiple factors such as handset used, website visited, time, place and distance from BTS etc. 3G speed only applicable for   areas which fall under 3G coverage zone.
• While availing bonuses in multiple time bands customers are requested to disconnect their data session at the end of the time band and re initiate the data session.
